INTRODUCTION
Manchester-based JK Dance Productions is one of the UK’s most active and well-respected dance production companies. Our talented commercial dancers have featured with international headline acts like Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue, Mariah Carey and the Sugababes.
Our urban, classical, pop and modern dance stylists have extensive professional experience gained through a variety of corporate, cultural, entertainment and music industry projects. We have access to some of the dance industry’s leading producers, choreographers, instructors and performance artists and have delivered projects for Top of the Pops, CD:UK, JJB Sports, EA Sports the BBC, Granada TV. Our focus is on quality which evidenced through our team of experts.
Julie Kavanagh, founder and managing director of JK Dance Productions, has extensive production experience for both broadcast and live performance projects working with regional, national and international clients. JK Dance Productions clients consist of a mixed group of television and music production companies, international arts and cultural organisations and various corporate clients. JK Dance is even involved with government-sponsored programmes and initiatives for venerable or disadvantaged young people.
JK Dance Productions have a highly dedicated and experienced team of dancers, choreographers and image stylists who help our clients to achieve any unique ‘look’, tone and feel they desire. Our services are used by record companies, film and music video directors, advertising agencies, TV producers, fashion shows, hair shows and corporate hospitality events alike.

Lambrini Ad to be re-launched.
Due to the phenomenal success of Do The Lambrini choreographed by Julie Kavanagh and cast by JK Dance we have now been approached and informed that not only would Lambrini like to re-run the ad but also film the 2nd part of the advert named Sparkle with 3 of the original girls. Julie and all the cast are so pleased. The ad will be running on our TV screens from mid July then again at Christmas
Lewis Conroy confirmed as a member of ASBRO
We are pleased to announce that Lewis Conroy has been confirmed as a member of Nigel Martin Smiths new boy band ASBRO. This all singer all dancing band are tipped to go straight to the top. Well done Lewis.
Dancing In The Streets – Print Works Manchester
Julie Kavanagh will be judging a fantastic dance comp sponsored by the MEN and Channel M @ the Print Works in Manchester. The first heat will begin on June the 21st @ 2pm and will run for 5 weeks after. Winners get the chance to compete for the £1000 prize money and win a contract with our agency. Boy Band Auditions
Julie Kavanagh has now been appointed as the choreographer for Take That’s former management company, Nigel Martin Smith Artist Management on 2 extremely exciting band projects. These 2 bands promises to be amazing and totally different, but its all a little hush, hush at the moment until the bands are set to take the pop world by storm. The management company is still looking for 4 boys so please contact the office if you think you can make it as a pudding pop star. You must be able to dance, sing, be confident, charismatic and a little edge. Full training will be given.
Glenn and our dancers jet off to Istanbul
Glenn Ball and 8 dancers have jetted off to Istanbul for a weeks film shoot with furniture company ARSTIL. Glenn has been chosen to choreograph and Julie has had the difficult task of selecting some of the UK’s hottest dancers for the shoot. The brief is out of this world, our dancers will be singing, dancing and leaping all over the place on a fantastic set designed by one of the worlds leading advertising agencies TWBA. We will upload the video for you to watch as soon as its edited.

Julie Kavanagh has been very busy of late choreographing for some exciting new projects. Firstly the soon new to be launched Ariel Washing Powder Television advert will be screened on out TV pretty soon. Julie said ‘it was quite challenging working with a group of 4 to 5 year olds who have never danced before, but all good fun’ Link will follow.
The 2nd job she has been working on is for BRMB Radio station. JK Dance were approached by award winning film company The Gate Film to choreograph and cast this fantastic commercial. Theo Maddix, Esther McDermott, Amy Boyes, David Ratcliff and Helen Norton star in the ad. Again links to follow
